A good selection of ale. However when the ale was past it best [tasted of vinegar] no action was taken. Indeed when asked if they were going to confirm it was 'off' the manager said 'I serve the beer I don't drink it' and walked away. I thought the response was particularly rude. I complained to the brewery and was subsequently barred by the manager for complaining about the attitude of staff, in particular the manager.
In general terms the beer is good just shame about the service, but as long as you don't complain you'll be okay, it means service will not improve and you may not return, but as long as the pub and brewery do not receive any complaints, everything is okay - right?
