Been using the Maharaja for years. When it was closed for a period after they had a fire, it gave me the opportunity to try other restaurants in the area. I must have had takeaways from almost every Indian restaurant in the area. Some were better than others and some quite poor. None matched the quality and atmosphere of The Maharaja. Glad they reopened and I continue to use it for takeaways and nights out. Great atmosphere on a party night, and food quality and flavour I would suggest is the best in the area. Doubt anybody would be dissapointed if they gave it a try.
