An amazing apartment that feels like a home from home, warm and welcoming. Ideal for family stays, our littles ones loved it and have already asked to return. Would highly recommend this accommodation to any one visiting the area.

I am delighted that you have enjoyed your stay and I'm pleased the children find it a welcoming place to visit too. Fife is a gem of a place for tourists and I look to improve my website soon to sell the location. Meanwhile, I look forward to welcoming your return. Haste ye back!
Best wishes
Lynne

“Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped apartment”
Reviewed March 31, 2015 for a stay in March 2015

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in this apartment. It was very well equipped and tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Furniture, linen etc was all of good quality and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped for just about anything you might want to cook and the rooms are all of a good size. The flat is light and bright and the separate dining room has great views over the Firth of Forth.
We got excellent arrivals information and we were impressed with the little touches that welcomed us to the apartment - eg fresh flowers and the 'special' welcome pack. So many little touches make you feel at home in the flat - not like many self catering properties which have a barren feel to them.
A great deal of thought had obviously been put into providing information and equipment to help guests get the most out of their stay. We know the area well but there was a wealth of information provided about the local area, transport and things to do which would be useful for those visiting for the first time. There was a mini library and a good selection of CD's for the adults and two boxes of toys for children.
Kinghorn is well located for visiting other parts of Fife or Edinburgh and Inchview is 5 mins walk form the shops and the local train station. The Ship restaurant, 10 minutes walk up the road, serves excellent food and there is a Chinese carry out restaurant a couple of minutes away. Kirkcaldy and Burntisland, a couple of miles either side of Kinghorn, offer a range of good eating places.
We certainly hope to go back to Inchview and highly recommend it to others.

“Outstanding apartment with sea views”
Reviewed February 22, 2015 for a stay in February 2015

We stayed here over a weekend in February. What a joy!

This stylish apartment has no expense spared furnishings and amenities, as good as we have experienced anywhere, including in top hotels.

It has views across the Firth of Forth to Berwick Law, the Bass Rock and Gullane.

Kinghorn is ideally suited for exploring St Andrews, Edinburgh and Fife's stunning coastal locations.

If you are looking for a chilled, luxury retreat, I could not recommend this highly enough.

Thank you for your lovely review. We aim to have the home from home experience as its what we would like in a self catering home and so we continue to invest in the property every year to maintain its standards. We are hoping for more guest discoveries this year so it helps when honest reviews are this good! Haste ye back!

We were really pleased with the apartment- it had the little touches for making life a lot easier such as well stocked larder, milk, tea and biscuits on arrival, umbrella and atlas etc. Our boys loved the large TV, wifi and binoculars to watch the boats on the firth of forth. Although no garden the beach was literally 5 mins away where they could run off steam.
The station was also 5 mins away which made getting into Edinburgh very easy and a beautiful journey it is too! The local coop was handy for essentials just down the road.
We have family in Kirkcaldy so the location was perfect for us- I'm sure we will be back in the future!

“Fantastic accommodation on the beautiful fife coast.”
Reviewed June 4, 2014 for a stay in May 2014

Booked Inchview as a base for visiting family in Fife. My elderly parents come from Dysart. The apartment is beautifully decorated with every home comfort. The little extras such as the flowers and wine so thoughtful. We enjoyed returning to relax in the lovely living room after a day visiting family or sight seeing. We are well travelled and can honestly say that this apartment is of a very high standard. Although set in the town away from the beach you could see the sea from the windows and it was a lovely walk down to the beach and harbour. Fife itself is lovely. Edinburgh can be reached by train and we enjoyed trips to Anstruther, Ellie, St. Andrews and Kirkcaldy. We even had sunny weather!
