Reception stuff wellcome us warm and fast. Very good and clean suites . Super nice stuff. Profetional managment. The maintain and cleaning was high level.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife and son. Location is great, plenty restaurants around, close to the beach. We have been offered complimentary dinner by Manager one day. Houskeeping is the best, they are able to do full service at 7 or 8 pm and clean everything even balcony. Breakfast is very tasty and very good variety.

We (family of 2 adults and 3 kids) stayed at the hotel for 10 days and loved the whole experience. We had two room on 6th floor. The rooms were light and spacious with terrific sea view. Stunning sunrises and sunsets. Cleanness of the rooms is always of absolute importance to my wife and the cleanness at West hotel was exceptional. The whole team was great, but we would like to give special thanks to the Front Desk Manager Tzion and the General Manager Yaniv. Both of them went out of their way to accommodate our needs and make our stay pleasant and comfortable. You could feel being part of the family.

One of the best hotels I've been in.
I felt like a queen for one day when I stayed there on my wedding day.
The breakfast was delicious, the service was great ,and the room was very clean.
Very recommend for brides the get ready there they have a bride kit including champagne, fruit plate /bar chair for the makeup artist and more.

We are regular travellers to Israel and have stayed in hotels at Jerusalem and Tel Aviv many times.
We were in Ashdod for the first time, where we stayed at the West boutique hotel for 4 nights. The location is on the Tayelet but the view from most of the rooms are partially ses view.
The rooms are big and functional. But not in very good condition for a 4 stars.The breakfast is of good choice and quality.
But the service is a complete disaster.
From the reception desk (not all of the receptionists but most of them) to the cleaning team and the waiters at the restaurant, it seems they are not enjoying their job and don’t do it properly nor with pleasure.
The rooms are dirty. My husband rubber soles have left some pieces on the floor on day 1. Four days later they were still there (pic).
There is not proper fitting sheet on the bed so they use a large flat sheet which they don’t properly fit each time they make the bed so it doesn’t stay in place (pic). The bed is still full of sand from the day before at the beach.
We were left with no toilet paper because the cleaning team of the day before didn’t bother to put a spare roll. Same with tissue paper.
At the breakfast room, no smile, no will to please.
In a nutshell, we won’t go back to the West boutique in Ashdod.
