Good Service, fair price, fun fun and fun! Excellent location, good food, and beautiful large rooms, close to the sea. Also suitable for children, clean and tidy, spacious balcony overlooking the sea. Nice pool, another pool for children, I was not at the spa but we sure go back there again.

I went there on a business trip last week and the hotel was chosen by my contact there, and I have to say it was a great choice. The hotel is new and modern, it means that the rooms are equipped correctly and fully. They are actually little suites, with a kitchen and salon on one side and the bedroom on the other. They have two independent A/C which means you can choose the comfort in any room. A mini kitchen space with a fridge and a kettle and a sink. A small dining table and chairs. The other part of the room has a couch and armchair and you can enjoy a nice sized flat screen TV, and a balcony prolonged the room. Actually the balcony is for night use in the summer and all the time in the winter. The bathroom is nice, and has toilet a bath tub shower combination, the shower head is big and very pleasant. The products put at your disposal are of good quality and discretely perfumed so convenient for all, you even have a pair of sleepers.. The bedroom is where the safe is and another flat screen TV. Important to note the safe is compatible with Laptop, I have a 15 inches MAC book pro and it fitted. the linen is very nice and comfortable. The bed is good , a little too soft to my taste but my partner that had the room next to me was very happy with it. the personnel is very nice and multilingual and they try their best to explain you the why not of the things. For the room, my only critics are that the mirror in the bathroom is not treated for condensation so as soon as you get out of the shower open the door and within 60 to 90 seconds the mirror will clear. On the side of the kitchenette, only one drawback, no knife or fork in the drawer, if you buy fruits or other products you have to ask the restaurant, and then you will be asked to tell if it is for soup, fruits, meat products and so on. I think two plastic kits would solve the problem. I bought a melon and i took it back with me. I ate only the figues. The restaurant is very nice and tasty, I prefer the breakfast when it is not Shabbat but I guess when you are in Israel no choice. The main problem with the hotel is internet, $25 a day it is ridiculous and no one internet zone free of charge. You are there in the country of new and high technologies where everyone has a phone with unlimited internet and you have to pay $25 per day. The price of the hotel is not cheap either and it looks very strange to have to pay the net? I just hope the hotel will review the policy on the internet situation. The best is if you will be there for two days or more the sim card with unlimited internet is a cheaper alternative.

Room Tip: The higher the better, In case you have to stay more than 2 days buy a sim card with unlimited int...

My wfie and I took one room, my mother, whose birthday we were celebrating, took the connecting room. Our room was perfect. The sliding glass door to the large balcony completely blocked out all noise from the beach and road. The curtain blocked out the morning light. The king-sized bed came with a winter duvet, and there was a summer duvet in the closet. There were two different sizes of pillows, and it's possible to ask for a foam rubber pillow from reception. One feature I especially liked was the adjustible reading lights. Free birthday extras for Tamares club members (membership is free) included chocolate, bottled Italian water, 20% discount on the room, and discounts in the restaurants and spa as long as you add the bills to the room charge rather than trying to pay on the spot.

The hotel is set up for Shabbat observers (Shabbat elevator, synagogue services, Shabbat keys, kosher food). The rooms are all smoke- and pet-free. Upon advance request, rooms for the disabled are available, and the entire hotel, including the parking lot, is set up to handle disabled quests.

The bathroom features a shower head with three types of flow, and which can be raised or lowered easily. The bathtub was large and included two hand bars for stability. It is clear that no effort has been spared to offer the guests luxury at a very reasonable price.

The room also includes a safe and a refrigerator. The refrigerator includes a plastic ice-maker (there's an ice holder in a cupboard over the sink), and even a vegetable crisper, and also milk for the coffee. If a guest wants to convert the fridge into a mini-bar, reception will bring up an entire mini-bar package, of which there are several different types, all reasonably priced.

The drinks in the lobby bar are excellent. I encountered many members of the hotel staff during our stay, and with no exceptions, they were all polite and helpful above and beyond the call of duty. For example, my mother forgot her celllphone charger at home, but the receptionist pointed out that she could charge it via the usb connector on the side of the tv in the room.

There were a few minor problems in my mother's room, and no less than two managers came to the room to discuss these with her. For one thing, it turned out that unless the room door and the door to the balcony are firmly shut, the air conditioner does not work. All the other problems (showerhead holder too high, wrong duvet on bed, uncomfortable pillow) could have been solved in two minutes by simply calling reception at any time. The intake fan in our bathroom was very weak, but the managers showed me that the fan strength is adjustible by simply turning its cover.

One nice feature is that when the bathroom light is off, the electric outlets in the bathroom still work - very handy for a night-light.

The swimming pool is very nice, albeit a bit short for serious swimmers. The kiddies pool is also very nice. The pool is covered, but outdoors, so you can sit in the pool area while facing and admiring the Mediterranean across the street. The pool area also includes wet and dry saunas.

The hotel spa receptionist was happy to explain the various treatments and make appointments for us. Next to the lobby is a library containing a number of beautiful books in Hebrew, French and English. These are books meant to be leafed through while relaxing, rather than novels.

There is limited street parking next to the hotel, but the hotel features a two-level underground lot which is for guests only, and free, and includes special handicapped parking next to the elevators.

The executive suites are much larger than the regular rooms, include a couch in a separate area away from the bed, and a second televison. The executive suite keys also open the door to the executive business lounge, with its complementary food, drinks, and internet-linked computers. The synagogue includes two Torah scrolls, and also doubles as a lecture hall and video-presentation room during the week.

There were a few minor easily-corrected items that would have made our stay more pleasant, but believe me, in a hotel this nice, these are truly minor complaints:

There should be a list in the room explaining how much laundry costs.
The retractable clothesline over the bathtub is way too high for many guests to reach. An alternative solution is needed.
The housekeeper should lower the showerhead holder to its lowest position following each checkout.
It should be possible for guests to lock the connecting doors between rooms during a single stay, rather than have a staff member do it. There are parents who really don't want their kids walking in on them in the middle of the night!
It should be possible to turn off the courtesy light next to each bed, leaving only the adjustable reading light on. This would allow a guest to use the light without bothering the other person in the bed.
I'd like to see better quality cocoa in the dinning room at breakfast. I've written a separate review of the hotel's Endive Restaurant, also known as L'Endive on Tripadvisor.
A sign next to the airconditioner control stating that all doors have to be firmly shut for the airconditioner to work would be nice.
A sign in the bathroom explaining how to control the fan strength AND how to open and close the bathtub drain (by stepping on it!) would be very useful.

We plan to stay at this hotel again in the near future.

I'm not rating the spa, which looked very nice, because we didn't make use of its facilities. I saw no sign of any kids' activities - unless you include the two swimming pools, cable tv, and the beach, of course!

We had previously stayed at the West Boutique Hotel in North Tel Aviv and were happy to stay one night recently when we had to be in Ashdod .The hotel is well located (great sea views and across the road from the beach ), is "very crisp" and modern like the one in Tel Aviv , very clean and tidy , small but very nice pool area and gym .
The room - sitting room , balcony , bedroom ,small kitchen area, good bathroom - seem standard to this group of hotels - good light and well furnished The restaurant is excellent and the usual large breakfast choices are available with friendly service . Free parking on site
I found the reception staff efficient if not particularly friendly
We would stay again
Only complaint . 78NIS for 24 hour WIFI is in my opinion excessive
