We stayed at the villas for three nights and loved every second of our stay. Only wish we could have been there longer!
The villa was great given the price, and that view is just unbeatable. We had the lowest villa at the bottom of the stairs, but the view was still incredible. The staff are lovely, always helpful and friendly. The restaurant is great too, we went there for most meals because the food was just too good!
I would recommend the villas to anyone looking for somewhere quiet, clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

This place has the best view of the coastline in Lembongan. We stayed in the suite that settled on the highest hill overlooking the water and we had the best view all day. The room was very clean, with big windows, a bathroom that could use some scrubbing and new bathrooms accessories but, still ok. There is a beach just down the hill (Coconut bay) then we could walk upstairs to a walkway of restaurants just by the water. However, this place serves GREAT quality food with generous portions and great price so we ate there most of the days and nights. The swimming pool was great and quite spacious and right next to the restaurant but it could use some view and luckily they were building a new infinity pool just on the hill with a gazebo that looks like it will be a restaurant next to it that looks pretty good while we were staying there. I really can't wait to visit them again with the finished restaurant and pool.

Room Tip: TWO BEDROOMS VILLA - Two separate room with a connecting door. It nestled on the highest point of th...

Nothing but fantastic things to say about this place and our experience!! Beautiful bed, clean room, amazing view, bathroom was lovely it was outdoor/indoor, service was fantastic and price was the best part! They put on an amazing meat and seafood buffet one night we were there with candlelit tables around the pool that sent us into the biggest food coma. The beach down the road isn't too nice to swim in with the muck in it but was an easy walk around to the port at Nusa Lembongan. The pool was lovely to swim in. Nothing will beat the view though!

Room Tip: All the rooms have amazing views but if you don't want to walk up a million stairs request a roo...

These villas have a great view and located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the main area of town, about a 10 minute walk. The beach down the hill is small and cute, lots of seaweed so just wear river shoes. Not a place to stay if you are elderly or immobile too many stairs and a steep walk to the beach.the internet didn't work well the restaurant was pretty slow with service, the breakfast was ok, staff were nice. Had a massage there it was good but staff not very friendly. All in all it was good, I would love to stay at mushroom bay if I ever return. The island of Nusa Lembongan is definitely worth visiting.

After a week in "busy" Sanur, we spent a weekend at the Cliff Villas. The price was right, the property was ver beautiful, minutes from the beach and neighboring small village. The pool was great, the views were great; we ended up eating all our meals at the hotel. Food was great and seemed even cheaper than had we ventured into the village to hunt for food. Mainly it was quiet, no TV, just the sounds of island quiet. Perfect for a weekend!

We had the most relaxing holiday ever...The sheer peace and tranquility of the Cliff top villas did indeed make it a paradise. The staff were so wonderful from the time we arrived and nothing was to much trouble. There smiles alone just brightened your day. We had a room at the very top and the views were absolutely amazing but after three days we managed to get a room move to the bottom, as the going was a little rought for me having the negoticate the stairs . The room move was great and done with absolutely no fuss. The meals in the restaurant were just wonderful with a great selection. The fact that you actually got to talk to the other guests in the restaurant or around the pool was good,as this dose not happen when your in a big hotel with hundreds of other guest. Cant begin to say how peaceful and quite the Island is. Very few cars, only used for transport to and from your boat very quite bikes no horns and no traffic noise...just nature and the birds....such a great change from our many other holidays over on Bali. It was also great not to have a tv in our room.and the airconditioning was good and loved the outside bathrooms. All in all a very laid back and most relaxing holiday...would have no hesitation in recommending the Clifftop Villas to any one that wants a really relaxing holiday. The resort are buuilding a new area with pool and resteraunt and more villas a little further up the cliff face......thank you to Komang and all his wonderful staff for taking care of us and making our holiday truely wonderfull......missing the Nasi Goreng....Jackie,Murray & Chris Brown (Busselton W.A.)

Room Tip: There are a lot of stairs, so if you are not reasonably fit and agile make sure you ask for a room d...
