We stayed here (2x) for a total of 5 nights, in 3 different rooms. The infinity pool was amazing. The beach-front property is beautiful from the exterior... we really enjoyed eating at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner - affordable & very tasty. We enjoyed chatting with the 2 main guys that were working while we were there... Although, they were not very accommodating to the problems we had with ours room(s). The rooms are very basic, which was fine - but DEFINITELY need some TLC...

1. Our AC was going in & out... they didn't make much effort to help us. Instead, after multiple problems they made me feel like I was just complaining.
2. The sanitation of the bathrooms was poor - we stayed in 3 different room... I even asked for a rag to clean myself.
3. The bathrooms had mold
4. One of the rooms we were in, the entry door didn't really close & had a big gap.
5. I saw a cock-roach run through the bathroom, into the wall in the 'nicer' room we paid extra for upstairs with the view (Also the room the AC didn't work well).
6. One of the rooms - the shower head was broken... they knew about it, but they just used some office tape to put it back together (didn't work) which created poor pressure for our shower.

FYI - Only a couple rooms reach the wifi. They are the more expensive rooms near the restaurant & pool.

Bed was comfy - we'd LOVE to stay here again, if they would put some of the money back into the rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights for one reason- a lovely cafe and decent pool situated smack bang in front of one of Lembongans surf breaks. Watching the waves over coffee and breakfast was incredible.

The rooms were simple and tidy. The cafe food is very reasonable and tasty. The gardens are beautiful. It's reasonable for the price- and a cool community of likeminded surfers, bodyboarders, etc. They can also setup a snorkel trip which I would recommend.

We stayed at Puri Nusa for five nights in early July. Our room was on the second floor and had amazing ocean views with Mt. Agung in the background. The airconditioning worked extremely well and the staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They organised our snorkelling trip and scooter hire. Breakfast was very good. The pool was one of the higlhlights along with the manicured gardens. We will highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends without any hesitation.

Puri Nusa is in a great location with friendly staff. We found it to be inexpensive at $40 per night with great views and great access to the Island. There is a fantastic array of restaurants lined up on the beach towards the harbour and one of them has a Michelin star rated chef behind it. The staff are laid back and relaxed and also very helpful in organizing moto's. Awesome sunsets here and a great pool.

Room Tip: Ask for 1st floor ocean views..

Just spent 4 nights at this place with family including 1 child, and we were less than impressed very very basic accommodation no fridge in the rooms no TV (which is fine) the rooms are not serviced had to ask for clean towels and loo paper, rooms in desperate need of renovation, beds I am sure have there own eco system. Service from front of house staff very poor it was almost like we were interrupting them. Food ok only ate there once because we didn't want to spend any more money there. Not family friendly would never take children. Position perfect, grounds immaculate, if they spent the same amount of time on the rooms it would be a beautiful place. Better accommodation around for the money.
