We we skeptical going in to dinner as we couldn't believe such fine dining could exist on the island. Lucky for us, it could! Everything we had was delicious. We had the lamb (garlicy dream!) And the beautifully presented fisherman's meal. For dessert we had the choc fondant, brioche and choux. The choux was absolutely standout. Cocktails all perfect (vanilla pod for stirring, cute touch). Staff unobtrusive and friendly, chef came out to all diners to ensure they were all enjoying their meals. Sure, little pricier than sandy bay beach club but the food is 100% better. Our total bill was $115 for two - excellent value!
