Very nice place, we have been suprised by the number of different and rare animals in. The park is big, you need a full day to go through all. The show of tigers is nice, nothing extra but seems they treat the tigers well. The sea lion show is very pleasant too. One bad point is that you should pay for a map, this could be given for free (simplified ) since entrance fee are already high. But overall good time:)

If you have one day to spend in Lorraine, the only interesting thing to do is to visit this zoo! You can realize many dreams in the same place : see white lions, parrots who ride bike, bears who do dive competitions! very amusing!
The best thing is that you can bring your food and eat in front of your favorite animal!

I visited the zoo today and had the pleasure to see some amazing species,
The circulation within the parc was good, all the different areas were well indicated with signs and maps everywhere,
Many shelters to hide from the rain or just rest for a while, they even expected a "pushchair park" for indoor shows...
Clean toilets and friendly ermployees, I even had the possibility to talk with one of them after the seals show was over.

I recommend this zoo for sure :)

Prices were rather affordable, you can have a regular cola for about 3.5 €

This zoo is really wonderful. We have been there several times over the last years and there is something new every year. The newest attraction is tiger world, a spectacular show, in an impressive arena. The show with the vultures in a medieval setting is great as well. Only shows in French though. The entrance fee is quite high though, but you can get cheaper tickets at the auchan supermarket in Luxembourg. All in all a great family outing.

Took the day off work to visit the zoo with my 5 year old daughter who had seen the Tiger world advertising and was desperate to see it. Entrance fee seventy euros for us both which didn't even come with a program or map. Upon entering the zoo at opening time we saw everybody crowding around the screen with the showtimes. Our only interest was to visit the tiger world show which said 1630. I took a pic of the times to remind me.
We visited all the animals and even stumbled across the parrot show - great for kids, also the sea lion show - which wasn't great for anyone! Upon arriving at the tiger show we were refused entry as it started 20 minutes ago. I stated to the zoo employee that it didn't start for another 10 minutes and showed him my pic of the times. He said they had changed the times.
On my way out I tried to get some answers from someone in authority and they just told to me to write a letter.
So after wasting a day off work, 3 hours drive and 70 euros, I left feeling cheated. I will update this post IF/WHEN I get a reply.

I hope this helps someone in the future so they do not get caught out like I did.
