I stayed at this beautiful cottage with my husband and 14 month old daughter.-it was a last minute booking but the owners were very accommodating and managed to sort everything out for our visit.
They provided a lovely hamper on our arrival which was so helpful after the drive.
It's an absolutely stunning cottage and the owners have thought of everything from stair gates to a variety of toys.
We definitely look forward in the future.
We stayed at the Three Little Pigs in Milton Abbas for a weekend in January and what a stunning home away from home it is! The cottage is beautiful and spacious, decorated with impeccable taste to the smallest detail. It combines a top level of luxury and relaxed country feel.
The owners, Harold and Stephanie, went above and beyond expectations to make sure we had everything we needed. When I asked ahead of booking whether there was a citrus juicer available, they ordered one and had it delivered on the day of our arrival!
There is a great pub on the street where we enjoyed a nice dinner one evening. We went on the short drive to the Jurassic Coast where we had a lovely walk along the cliffs.
The cottage also features a large garden and we look forward to returning in the Summer months to enjoy it. Though we also loved the fireplace and cosy sofas in the living room during our stay!
Harold and Stephanie are truly wonderful and go above and beyond to make your stay magical. The property is immaculate, the quality of everything superb and they really have thought of everything with plenty of top-end toys. The welcome hamper is extremely generous and well stocked (there is also a fantastic farm shop a few minutes drive away) and there is a great supply of lovely toiletries. So many places nowadays call themselves "luxury" / "boutique" - we just wish they would visit here to realise the true meaning of the word! The property is very child friendly and my family and I can't wait to return. Absolutely stunning!
We stayed for four nights at the Three Little Pigs Luxury cottage with our two and three year old sons, and received a warm welcome with lots of goodies in a welcome hamper. Very child friendly with lots of toys and baby equipment, amazing location with lots of things to do with little ones! The cottage was stunning and Harold and Stephanie (the owners) even went to the trouble of posting us a cafetiere when they discovered we were filter coffee drinkers! We'll visit again!
Based on the brochure we chose for "Three Little Pigs" for a stay with two little children and the luxury exceeded our expectations. The tasteful interior of the cottage, its kitchen and bathrooms and the beautiful terraces in the enclosed garden where the kids could play safely made it a memorable holiday for the family.
Milton Abbas is a unique, friendly and quiet village in the hills of North Dorset (with an excellent pub "The Hambro Arms") and we enjoyed our trips to the Jurassic Coast, Monkey World, the Swanage Railway and Highcliffe Castle.
We are looking forward to coming back to "Three Little Pigs"!

We had a really wonderful 2 weeks stay in the 3 Little Pigs in Milton Abbas! The cottage meets all expectations: good bedding, luxury all over the place, perfect and tasteful furniture. The terrace and garden have lots of possibilities, also for kids. We enjoyed to be in and around the cottage and made several interesting trips in the surroundings of Milton Abbas. I highly recommend a stay in this beaitiful cottage! I'm looking forward to being there next year again!
Spent a wonderful week together with our two granddaughters in the really fantastic "Three Little Pigs" luxury cottage in beautiful Milton Abbas.
We very much enjoyed the many outings we could make in the neighbourhood, such as walking along the Jurassic coastpath, the beach at Weymouth, the steamtrain Norden-Swanage and the Barford Farmhouse (icecream!).
Also very much enjoyed the excellent food in the nearby Hambro Arms.
Can't wait coming back next year again!
