When travelling to Mohelnice this probably the only accomodation you can have if you are on trip here.
The style is definitely Czech from reception to rooms. It not the nicest and not the international standards of big hotels, but it's bit cheesy and cheap - and I am not saying this in negative way. Single room is with good sized single bed, wotking desk, flat screen tv (mostly Czech channels with dubbed content), separate vestibule and newly renowated bathroom with tub. Lighting of the room is done with few lamps so for my taste the lighting was bit too dark. The room was very clean and warm when outside temperature were freezing. There was also separate A/C unit for cooling, but as I traveled during winter no need for A/C. Bathroom new, nice and everything was so clean - only thing that wondered me was separate ventilation system with separate switch to activate it and once activated it will run for 5-10 minutes when deactivating automatically. Didn't understood why there is such a system as this ventilation machine only made noice and seemed not doing anything else. If going to bathroom/toilet during the night you might trigger it when looking for light switch accidentally.
There was minibar in the room but I bought beverages from the reception. They have wider selection of sodas, beers etc in the reception for ok price.
For safety I noticed that there weren't individual fire or smoke detector sensors in the room but two in the corridors. Also the outside corridor had motion detector in the middle of the corridor so if your room is in the end of the corridor or in the beginning and you are coming out of your room you will have hard time to lock your door with key in darkness - so you need to go ten meters to light up corridor and come back.
Personnel were very nice. Their English skills are not the best but they can manage.
Breakfast - well, I've seen worst, but thing that riled me was that breakfast started 07:00am and when going to breakfast room at 07:30 they had run out most of the things and were not filling in for example juices - coffee was constantly done.
Overall I would say the room rate is maybe a bit overpriced for the value you are getting, but not heavily overpriced.
They have free Wi-Fi, but it's merely a joke - I guess there is one access point router and it doesn't cover entire hotel so for example in my room (in the end of the corridor 1st floor) had poor coverage for iPhone and for iPad. In breakfast room the connection was there but speed was very slow.
