15-20 min from avenue Louise, main avenue in Brussels town center, and for people who dont mind walking a bit to reach shops, this was very convenient for us as we went to visit some friends for a party. The hotel 's style is very good, very smart, but simple at the same time, it was clean and comfortable, and we slept very well. Breakfast was good (dont be too hungry as croissants and pain au chocolat were miniature)and included and I think it is rare to find a cheap/good price with this type of hotel especially when it is a nice area.
The bathroom was good too, if you dont mind not having cosmetics but just essential soap/shampoo.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Well I recommend this hotel to all! you wont be disappointed.

I wasnt expecting much when I booked this little hotel. When I arrived, a charming, polite and genuine young man welcomed me with true warmth. The whole hotel has been totally refurbished and is stunning. Modern, fresh and with the latest mod-cons. My room was fantastic, the bed was VERY comfy, bathroom stunning, and all other parts of hotel brilliant. It was expensive... Euro 189.00 for one person off a hotel booking site, so having free Wifi and chocolate eggs in reception made it slightly less painful! Some VERY nice bars and restaurants nearby but past the nearest ones, so DO ask for advice before you go walking!

small and cosy, very helpful and friendly staff will happily help you find your way around the city on the trams etc.
breakfast is basic but all that you could need.
it is down a small street and so is a little difficultly to find first time but once you have checked in it is in a great spot for going out in the evening.
the decor is very trendy if a bit "brown". :-)

Room Tip: ask for a room at the back of the hotel

The location od the Neufchatel is perfect. Between Horta and Louiza/Louise, between culture and shopping. It's at waliking distance from the Chatelin district with the terrace cafes and hip restaurants and venues. And near the Horta museum if you like architecture. So when you are done with the icons of Brussels center and feel like exploring the Brussels of the Brusselaars/Bruxellois, why don't you head for this good 3* (up for 4 !)? Comfortable rooms, latest fittings and fresh sheets. My single room was on the smaller side but the comfort made it up. Don't miss the breakfast, which was very good. I had the most delicious coffee since a long time. If you get a deal, like I did, don't miss it. Practical note: from the Central station get a tram 92 from the Park stop in the direction of Fort Jaco and get of at Janson and walk back.

Found this place the day of as we were stuck in Brussels because of snow. For the price we paid, it was a steal! It was buried in some small streets, so a little tricky to find, but once we got there we were impressed by how nice it was. The inside was decorated beautifully and was very clean.

The beds were not very comfortable, and our double bed was two twins pushed together. For some reason, the lights were very dim so even with the curtain open, it was still hard to see in the room. I would recommend this hotel for a one night stay but I probably would not stay here for more than that. It's in the Le Louise area but a little inconvenient to the metro station. The continental breakfast also left something to be desired, although it was included in our stay so I can't complain.

Hi to all you seekers of a great hotel in Brussels Belgium , well if your looking for class , cleanlyness, comfort ,great location, friendlyness of staff , and at a terriffic price with a great fresh croissant breakfast included then i suggest you look no further than this one because you will be wasting your time, my wife and myself have just returned from here on 10/01/2013 after 3 nights short break here and had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel without hesitation to friends and anyone else who we dont know, also the pictures that you probaly have looked at for this hotel are exactly what you get. totally refurbished we were on the top floor , elevator so no problem there over looking the roof tops, brill , easy walking distance to all the sights of Brussels and all major shops . Cannot praise this hotel up anymore FANTASTIC. they let me park my car right outside the hotel doors for the whole of my visit at no charge how kind is that.

Hotel Neufchatel was a great find for us! We couldn't believe the quality we received for such a cheap price. Yummy, continental breakfast and delicious coffee to start our day paired with newly renovated rooms made this a great choice for us. The rooms are immaculately clean and Jessica at the front desk was so helpful!
