Disclaimer: I am from Naples. I believe that pizza is very subjective: each of us like different kind of pizza.
I have been looking for a good pizza in Brussels for many years and have been tasting many of them. I must say I had prejudice on electric oven pizza but definitely this is, so far, FOR ME the best pizza I have tasted in Brussels. Positive points in favor of this pizza, contrary to other Brussels pizza:
- dough is worked very well, and it does not grow in your stomach
- it is not oily and greasy
To add: the owner studied and worked in Naples "da Michele", nice staff, good sardinian beers.
