“Better than I even expected.”

My room was beautiful and clean. Great location. I had a balcony (room 61) but I didn't see others. I could not get my key out of the door (my neighbor had the same problem) and was terribly frustrated (no front desk staff, so you're on your own). If this happens to you, turn it horizontally and pull hard. I loved this suite and would stay there again. Great bed. Relatively quiet. near lots of shopping and trams. Oh, dish soap and a sponge or something would be helpful.

Room Tip: Room 61 was great.

We recently travelled to Brussels for our second trip in several months. We were looking for a place to stay that was comfortable, convenient, clean and, if possible, made us feel right at home. This place does just that. Other reviewers were disappointed that showers have no curtains or that they felt they didn't have enough Nespresso coffee cubes. All of that is true. However, it is rare in my experience to find curtains in European showers. And right down the street is a Paul's bakery with very good coffee. What really makes this place sing is the guy charged with running it - Laurent Goldenberg. He oversees three of the chain's hotels. I can't speak for what it is like in the other hotels, but he does a great job at this one. Whatever questions we had - about the hotel or the local area - he had the answers. He even helped us find a knife we thought we lost!

In case you dont need a Hotel with all the extra service this is a place to book. I had a suite booked and got upgraded. Rooms were very clean, to have a kitchen, fridge etc. was very comfortable since I had a one week buissness trip to Brussels. The area is nice, has decent Hotels, Shops and Bars and is well connected to public transport. The staff is nearly invisible but easy to reach in case you have some issues. Only downer was that the coffee capsules did not got a refill every day....

One could not recommand enough this hotel flat slightly off Brussels touristic center. Good location (loads of restaurants and shops nearby), nicely furnished, very spacy, adequatly equipped (ipod dock, tv, electrical appliances, laundry room in the basement, ...), good shower, free wifi, efficient booking. No fuss there just a very good deal and a great experience !

We were 3 persons staying for 3 nights in one of the apartments. We got an extra bed in the living area, and this worked out very well for all of us. The apartment was clean, roomy and well equipped. Please notice that there is no cleaning service in the weekends, which means if you drop your towel on the bathroom floor on Friday you will still not have it replaced until Monday. So don't. It will also be an idea to buy some extra toilet paper when staying over weekends.

The location is very central and convenient for both shopping, restaurants and public transport. There is several grocery shops in the same street, with all you need for making a meal in the apartment. If you need more Nespresso Capsules for the coffee machine, you will find a Nespresso Store a short stroll down Avenue Louise (first left when heading Place Stephanie).

As there is no reception you will be on your own during your stay. You will get a code for the front door and the keys will be inside. The most helpful mr. Goldenberg can be contacted by phone or mail if you need help with anything. A useful tip: The key to the apartment door is of a special type - can only be removed from the lock if it is in the horizontal position (could save you some extra time ;-)...

So I really recommend this accomodation when staying in Brussels!

Well, I went to Belgium to spend a few days and I stayed in Brussels in Suite Home flats. I was expecting a normal flat, because I don`t trust in pictures that you see on internet.
Anyway, the flat was really really nice, clean, luxury and big. It has everything you could need. It was 7 minutes walking from the metro station and 7 minutes walking from the Justice Palace. The area is really nice, posh and you have many things around. Restaurants, Bars, supermarkets, everything. If you like to walk, you can walk to the Grand Place that is about 20 minutes walking. The area is very quiet during the night so you can have a nice rest. Laurent is a very nice guy and he helped us with our bags and stuffs because the got to the flat very early in the morning. So if you go and have any problems, contact him.
The flat is very comfortable, everything is brand new and clean and you can go there to spend holidays, for bussines, with family, etc....
Is not a place to go if you have a little budget, but if you want to spend your holidays in a terrific flat, I recomend you this place.

Room Tip: I recomend you the dupplex...

My family and I really enjoyed our weeklong stay in the Stephanie maisonette (no. 11). It was located on the ground level, which was perfect as we were wheeling a stroller in and out every day, and was spread over two floors with a courtyard in front (shared with no. 10, table and two chairs provided for each unit). The main floor was spacious with a kitchen (complete with stove, microwave/oven combo, dishware, utensils, Nespresso coffeemaker, dishwasher), small dining table, two small sofas in the living area along with flat screen tv, DVD player, and iPod/iPhone speaker dock.

The second floor was equally as spacious with a king-sized bed, large desk, washer/dryer, and bathroom with tub, shower and double sinks.

The decor is modern and simple, and the location is great, especially if you are interested in high-end shopping. It's a little far from the main sites, but close to metro and tram stops, and a 25 minute walk to the Brussels Midi train station for easy day trips to Antwerp, Ghent, and Bruges.

The few criticisms I have are similar to other reviewers: the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom means water sprays everywhere when you're taking a shower. And the housekeeping staff only cleans Mon-Fri, which can be an issue since amenities like dishwashing soap, bathroom soap and other necessary items either aren't plentiful or provided. They also aren't very good about providing Nespresso refills. For families with small children, the stairs are quite steep, so you have to be particularly watchful of little ones.

All in all, though, it made for a great base to explore Brussels and other parts of Belgium.
