Room spotless and comforrable but ruined with a small "lumpy"pillow. There is no coffee/ tea facility in room. We booked through ebookers and hotel had no record of booking but the friendly staff sorted problem.

Excellent four star hotel just 150 meters from the entrance of the railway station Brussels Midi.

The area is full of weird personalities circulating around the station and the most probably, that is the reason why you can get a price at a very convenient price compered to the other 4 stars hotels in Brussels...

I found it very comfortable to stay close to the station and reach easily the places of the multiple meetings I had in those days.

The staff was friendly, room clean, new and well designed.

Probably the best choice for business people visiting Brussels.

Room Tip: All rooms from 5th floor and up are excellent.

In December 2011 we stayed at this Hotel . The room was very nice, it had everything that was expected in a 4 star hotel. The hotel was chosen because of its location to Brussels Midi Train Station. It is in walking distance and easily accessible with a suitcase. Unfortunatly, there are not many dining options near the station. The area around the station is not nice. The city centre, which is only a 20 min walk from the hotel is much cleaner and more dining options are available. Overall, a nice place for a quick stay.

The hotel is rather new so there no noticeable tear and wear in the rooms. Room layout is very well thought through and we were pleasantly surprised about the level of details, such as a heating lamp in the bathroom, powerful hair-dryer, a sufficient number of electric sockets to charge all phones, ipods, cameras, etc. Sound isolation is very good.

Two things we didn't like: (i) their wifi charge is 12 euros per day, which frankly ridiculous in this day and age, and (ii) the bar was closed at 10 30 pm which usually the time one would want to use the bar at the hotel.

I noticed that other reviewers commented about the area - it is obviously not very nice being so close to a train station, however, we knew what we were going for. In addition, it is very convenient for travelling in, out and around Brussels.

The hotel is quite new and very near to Brussels Midi railway station but the surrounding area is really scruffy. Luckily the rooms are fairly well sound proofed and they are well appointed and spacious. The breakfasts had a good choice but we felt they were quite expensive compared to other 4 star hotels' prices. The bar is only open at limited times and not at all at weekends which we found very strange. The staff were not too helpful, especially on the afternoon/evening shift.

Room Tip: Ask for a large room, preferably away from the road.
