Stayed here for almost two
Months and moved from various apartments and they all differ ! Try and book the first floor or ground floor ! The rest are a bit dated ! Also room 61 is the room you want ! It is almost the whole o the top floor with a massive patio areah ! Cabs are around 15 euro to get back into the centre of Brussels ! The place is unmaned but there are washing machines and dryers int the basement !

The location is Ok, though a little far from the centre. My room for 3 nights (@200eur par night) was on the ground floor, overlooking slightly submerged parking space - making the flat very dark;
The worst thing about the place is that it is very noisy and you can hear everything form other apartments; The cleaners in the morning are not making it any better; Avoid if you are a light sleeper;

booked this hotel for a business trip. When we tried to check in (luckily we had read the fine print that says you have to call the office in advance to get an access code, as there is no lobby or staff on site) we found that due to a power cut, we could not obtain our room keys as the safe in which these were located worked on electricity...
When finally a staff member arrived, he was very unhelpfull and could not say when the problem could be resolved, or offer any other help or assistance. We therefore had to find another hotel. Would NOT recommend staying here!!
Also, although the name suggests this is a hotel, it is not: you are booking an apartment!
No parking availabilities on site. Can't comment on the quality of the rooms, as we never got a chance to see these.

We stayed four nights at this hotel. It´s a bit difficult with all the codes to get in to the rooms, but you learned it fast. The apartments were fantastic, and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel for people who want a cheap and good stay in Brusselsl! The metrostation was 20 meters away from the hotel, so you could easily get to all the sights in Brussels.

We booked this apartment along with Eurostar tickets and other than the fact that it is not the Belle Epoque beauty that is shown in the exterior shot (it is right next door) we fell in love with its 1970s Bond villain HQ qualities. But you do have to phone the office to get access so make sure you have a mobile and understand the dialling codes. The double height space was great and we had lots of fun throwing duvets/pillows up and down when making beds. It would be unsafe for small children though, or ones with a tendency to stare danger in the face and jump. Warm, cosy and comfy. Right next to the Montgomery underground station and the public transport is amazing. Didn't find a supermarket really close but went to Carrefour a couple of stops away on the tram. Highlight of the trip was the Atomium - astonishing!

Like many before me, my wife and I arrived at the hotel only to find that the door was locked and no one to let us in. We were supposed to get a code number to get in but right until the day we flew out we never got any such number. fortunately a fellow traveler from England helped us to get in and helped us to get in touch with the main office. A maid who happened to be leaving at the end of her shift gave us keys to get into our room.
Once in the room was spacious but the outlets do not work properly and the coffee machine did not work at all. On top of that the hotel will provide only one drink and the next you pay at the rate of 1.5 Euro (at the supermarket the same package was .50 Euro.)
The next day we walked for about 45 min to the main office and met the manager. He heard our complaint but did not offer any sympathy - saying only that 'You should have had the code in an email." In the meantime my wife saw a pot of coffee on a table and poured a cup for herself. The manager turned around and said " and Ok the coffee is on me".
I have stayed at other "apartment hotels" there had always been a receptionist on 24 hours to help with the guests' needs, but not this one.
I really cannot recommend this to anyone except my enemies.

Our arrival, after a very long and tiring drive from Northumberland, was almost a disaster- we are both aged 75! We arrived at about 2100hrs and the door was locked and there was no receptionist. Fortunately, a young resident let us in and he found an envelope with key addressed to us: how we were expected to find it when we were locked out I do not know! He was the only resident we met during our 5 night stay so we were very lucky. Nevertheless, once we were inside we were impressed with the cleanliness, spaciousness, equipment and comfort. We regularly parked relatively cheaply on the road outside. The Metro station is across the road. We would stay here again but would worry about gaining access!
