Our stay at this hotel was really really good. Although the the person at the desk was a stagair, you didn't noticed, he was really friendly and professional. The rooms where clean, and the beds ( especially the cushions ) were really comfortable.

A friend left her necklace in the room when checked out, and the necklace was given back to us with no problems.

The only "negative" thing was the prices of the bar.. We were planning on having a drink there but a glass of champage cost 18euro's. But it it says "Sofitel Luxury Hotels" so, you can expect it.

So i would definitely go back our recommend..

I have just returned from a weekend stay at this sophisticated boutique hotel. Situated in a quiter area in uptown Brussels, near the Palace of Justice, this hotel is 50m away from a Metro stop and an easy 25 minute walk to the Grand Place. Staying in this area offers one another view of Brussels.

The hospitality and service is of an excellent standard, and staff go out of their way to assist and please. The rooms are designed well, and offer everything a traveller would need. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The Sofitel Le Louise is a nice 'boutique' style hotel at an unbeatable location at Place Louise. The rooms are rather small- I got a free upgrade from the standard room and still had a small room, so can't help but wonder how tiny the "standard" rooms are, but the rooms are well appointed and the bedding is divine! Breakfast buffet is very impressive and delicious.
Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay in Brussels if you don't mind ultra modern decor and don't need too large a room.

Room Tip: If you can afford it, get a junior suite. Otherwise expect no drawers at the desk nor night stands...

I stayed last May at the Sofitel and was very satisfied by my choice. This is a nice hotel in a good location with lots of shops around. You can mix business with a little shopping, which is good. The hotel itself has nice lobby area and common spaces and the room are nice and spacious. The bathroom shows in particular was very good. Overall this is a good hotel for business, but a little expensive when if you decide to use services such as dinning and the bar of the hotel. I would stay here again !

The hotel is on one of the main avenues on the outskirts of the city center. It is literally surrounded by all the luxury boutiques big names. The palace, museums and access to the old city center are just minutes away from the hotel and one may enjoy the spectacular view from Pl. Poelaert before descending in the old city. The room was spacious by EU standards, well equipped and maintained; the staff was super-efficient and helpful. All and all it was a very pleasant experience. There are several good restaurants around and I start believing that to be the case just in any area of the city. The only issue has to do with the location of the hotel which is not in the heart of the action especially at night (and there is plenty of night action!). We are definitely planning to go back.

Room Tip: Careful when ordering a cab in advance. They start the meter when they show up not when you show up...

Really liked this hotel and Brussels itself which came as a pleasant surprise as was really not expecting a great deal really

Location is on a nice street in Ixelles with a Metro stop very nearby.

Its clear that a lot of thought has gone into the interior of this hotel as the entrance doesn't do the rest of the hotel justice but from the mopment you get inside it is very smart, from the outside terrace to the cool bar and restaurant area.

Thought the general areas and rest rooms were very tastefully decorated and the fact that they had Apple computers in the "internet" areas summed up the general ambience of the hotel.

Rooms were a good size with a good bed and pillow menu, walk in rain shower, IPad docking station and nespresso machine. We had a street facing room with some reasonable views but was quiet considering it was a reasonably busy road.

Rate we obtained was excellent in comparison to other European cities considering that Brussels is not a particularly cheap city.

Front desk staff were very effecient and polite and the conceirge was very helpful in all his recommendations.

We didn't stay for breakfast as we considered it to be a bit expensive in comparison to the cost of the hotel itself.

My only criticism would be that the bar in the evening is very busy and has a good atmosphere which is great, but the drinks are very expensive!

Overall loved this hotel and Brussels.

Try it ,you will be pleasantly surprised.
