The rooms are well euipped with a kitchen and basic amenities. Needless to add its very clean and the service is very good. I quite liked the location. Its a walk from the Grand Place but its a very quiet location with a lot of nice eating places just a 5 minute walk away. Very good experience overall

parking and internet is not free and that was i think the only downside!

Travelled with a few other friends and stayed at the Marriott Apartments. We booked 3 rooms for 99 euro per night ,it come with free parking and breakfast...

The room was huge...If this apartment is a hotel and named as a "Suite", the price would be at least threefold as expensive...

One thing needed to mention is that, there's is no check in counter or reception at the apartment, you need check in at Renaissance, they are under the same group, which the the hotel next door. I only found it out on my arrival... This is the one thing that you need to be awared, because there's no information of where can you check in....

We spent three nights at this apartment hotel recently, while travelling with our 17 year old niece. We wanted more room than the average hotel, and this place worked out very well. She slept fine on the fold out couch, and had her own TV, 1/4 bath, and plenty of room for all of her stuff to be spread out all over. There's a door between the rooms for quiet and privacy. It was very quiet , and the bed was very comfortable with great pillows.

It is confusing that you have to go next door to check in. There isn't any signage about that and there should be. We walking into the city center and it is a pretty good walk (at least a mile and kind of winding and tricky), but it wasn't bad - the walking is good after overindulging in Belgium chocolate. We didn't try the bus but the hotel reception can explain it with clear maps. We had a rental car and the parking was free for our weekend stay, and was right at the hotel. The facility is very close to the EU as we learned on our bike tour of Brussels.

Only minuses: We did have to call to get a blanket for the fold out, but they were pretty prompt and friendly. The hotel computer usage seemed like a rip off at 5 euros for 15 minutes.

We'd definitely recommend this, especially if you are travelling with more than 2 people and want some extra space.

The apartment was flawless, nice and new furniture, very well equipped (kitchen, tv, stereo...) with a wonderful view to the European quarter; it's located in a quiet area with supermarkets and metro station nearby. We could use the spa/pool next door (in the Renaissance Brussels Hotel); very friendly staff. I don't remember having paid so little for getting so much in turn (spacious apartment). PERFECT RELAX.

Stayed in the marriott executive apartments for 2 nights while on a leisure visit to brussels. Overall was very impressed with the apartments.
The Apartments is near the trone metro station (about a 5minute walk), and is about a 10minute walk to the royal palace. Location is very good for sight seeing in central Brussels. Check in was initially quite difficult as I was not informed that this had to be completed at the Hotel next door at the renaissance hotel. There was no staff at the marriotte apartments to point you in the right direction. However when we did get to the correct reception the staff were extremely helpful and assisted with our queries.
The apartment was very spacious with a small balcony. the apartment had 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area / lounge. and a bedroom. There were 2 TVs and the kitchen had a number of uesful machines (microwave, cooker, fridge dishwasher). There were plenty of cutlery for 2 people and a few utensils / pans. The apartment was spacious and very clean and tidy. The TV had a number of free english channels with the option of extra channels at a price.
The apartments also allowed full usage of the facilities at the renaissance hotel. this included a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. the gym had all the latest machines and a number of free weights. It was empty most the time I used hence no problem obtaining equipment. The swimming pool sauna and jacuzzi did get bust at certain times of the day, but were very enjoyable and convenient.

We stayed at Marriott Executive Apartments in Brussels for 3 nights. Paid 99 Euros per night, including tax. The staff was very accomodating and helpful, especially the Concierge staff which steered us to terrific restaurants each night. The room was a 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths. The main bathroom is a bit small. Otherwise, it was large and comfortable. Room temperature was excellent, and we were able to regulate changes in temperature without difficulty.

As a Marriott Platinum member, I was given free full American breakfast for 2 persons each day. Warning: Get to the breakfast room by 8:45 a.m. Otherwise you risk having to wait in a long line since the place really cannot handle the crowds. They also briefly ran out of some popular food items. Overally, however, the breakfast was very good. At the end of the visit, after being charged for daily in-room Internet usage, I insisted that this charge be removed from my bill, and it was ("but only this time" they said).

The only challenge was using the free washer and dryer. Because there are only 2 machines to support 50+ apartments, they were in constant use and were quite difficult to figure out. (One wash cycle took 1 hour and 50 minutes! A drying cycle typically took at least one hour, and even then the clothes were slightly damp.) But in the end, we got the wash done.

The fitness centre at the Renaissance Hotel next door truly is above average.

The location is not that bad. You can catch a bus into the city quite easily and cheaply, and it only takes about 5 - 7 minutes. Beware the taxi drivers. They all cheat....at least every one that we had cheated on the taxi fare by putting on the wrong tariff rate. It was useless to try and argue with them in English.

If you can get a room rate at or below what we paid, go for it. This is a good value experience.

Just returned from 4 fabulous nights at the apartments. The room was very big and apart from some rubbish that we found in the sofa bed (as soon as we complained it was sorted out with sincerest apologies) the room was very clean. Breakfast (fabulous and so much choice!) was included in the price and so was parking so our time was very relaxed!

Troon metro station is 5 mins walk and Maelbeek is 7 from the hotel – you just take whichever one points you in the right direction.

Chocopolis near the Grand Place is fabulous for chocolate (not as sickly sweet as Godiva or Neuhaus) – they have a fabulous range by ‘Devina’.

We took a Brussels Bike Tours on Sunday (lasts 4 hours –although the time flew by- and costs 25 euros for adults), it was fab and so much fun! Quinton was our guide – he was informative and friendly, all in all perfect!
