Boundary Farm Bed & Breakfast
Ranked #1 of 6 Framlingham B&B and Inns

A warm welcome from Katherine and Gerry, we had booked the largest double with an en suite, which is bright and comfortable, and nicely decorated room overlooking the pond. Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious, we would thoroughly recommend that you stay here if you are in the area, you will not be disappointed.

We've just got back from 2 nights at Boundary Farm, Katherine and Gerry were great hosts and the rooms were so comfortable with beautiful surroundings. Will be recommending it! Lovely!
We went to Framlingham, which is v.close drive, Aldebridge, Southwold and Walberswick - all lovely.

We only stayed one night at Boundary Farm but we are definitely thinking about when we could stay again. Although it was October we were lucky with the weather and it made us think how nice it would be in summer. The house is a lovely large farmhouse set in a secluded position down a narrow winding lane just outside Framlingham. The garden of the house is very pretty with lawned areas, a patio, large pond and a chicken run and outhouses. It is surrounded by fields so a very quiet retreat. Katherine and Gerry are great hosts, friendly and welcoming. We were offered a hot drink and a piece of home made cake on arrival as well as some fresh milk for the bedroom's tea/coffee making facility. Katherine paints and most of the pictures around are by her, she's a talented water colourist. She certainly has plenty of good subjects surrounding her. The room we stayed in was a nice mixture of farmhouse charm and modern amenities and spotlessly clean. Good bedlinen and comfy bed. Breakfast was good - choices of fresh fruit including raspberries and blueberries, cereals and cooked breakfast. There is also a cosy guest lounge with an inglenook fireplace which was a great place to relax and read.

What do you want from a B&B overnight stay? Comfortable bed, spacious room with ensuite, friendly hosts, excellent breakfasts, Boundary Farm has all of this and much more. Hightly commended as they say.

Room Tip: Less than 5 minutes drive from Framlingham.

Having just spent three nights at Boundary Farm I can recommend it for a peaceful stay in very close proximity less than five minutes by car to Framlingham. The hosts Katherine and Gerry Cook were most welcoming and the breakfasts offered an excellent choice. Located in open countryside but convenient to a main road, it makes a great base for exploring Suffolk.

We have just pent three lovely days here and it more than lived up to our expectations. Accommodation was one of the best we have experienced. Spacious room, tastefully furnished and lovely bedlinen, Excellent breakfast, excellent hosts. B&B in a lovely tranquil setting but within easy distance of the pretty little market town of Framlingham. Can't rate it high enough.
