“Get a seat on the Patio”
Reviewed July 23, 2012

This place is fantastic. The food isn't incredible or anything, and the drinks are standard, but the staff is great and the view from the patio is second to none. It's worth waiting a bit to get a seat on the patio, especially on a hot, beautiful day. Good people, good atmosphere, pretty good food... all in all an excellent place to visit. Will definitely return when I get the chance.

“Needs work.”
Reviewed July 23, 2012

The food was nice enough, but the service was mediocre and we had to endure cigarette stench and mosquitos.

Sitting on the deck there were vast amounts of mosquitos. When we asked for bug spray we were told they didn't have any, only to watch the waitresses spray each other extensively five minutes later.

This place is in a beautiful location on the river. Between the bar/restaurant and the river is a gravel walking/cycling path. This is where all the smokers seemed to get their fix. Directly upwind from us. So in this place, where you could enjoy a nice dinner while taking in the views of the river and mountains, you're getting blasted with cigarette stink. I thought this was stunning.

This place is a bar that serves food more than a restaurant.

“Best kept secret in Squamish area.”
Reviewed July 15, 2012

We visited two days in a row on some blazing hot days. The deck has a cool breeze, but be warned, the tables are in demand. Situated on a bend of the fast moving river (Squamish River, I think), the view is wide open water, mountains and sky. Beer and a burger. Heaven. For even more calories, try the baked Brie.
