Thank you to Stephen and Janice, We were up for a wedding in April, my friend is a wheelchair user and it was great for him. The breakfast was awesome as were the hosts.

I would highly reccommend The Love Croft, and would gladly go back anytime.

Steven and Janis, Thank you so much for a lovely stay (we're sorry it was only for two nights). Our room (The Master Bedroom) was extremely comfortable with superb views all around, to the sea and mountains. Wonderful sunsets. Fantastic light (still light enough to read by daylight at 11.00pm!)
Steven provided a good choice of cooked breakfast - and exceptionally good, creamy porridge.
The Lovecroft proved to be a good base for exploring Wester Ross and we visited Inverewe Gardens (NTS) and the Applecross Pass and Torridon areas (not to be missed). Easily the most scenic part of Scotland that we visited.

My husband and I stayed at The Lovecroft Guest House for two nights. We stayed in the Master Bedroom, which was tastfully decorated and offered ample room with beautiful views. As mentioned in other reviews, Janis and Stephen were delightful hosts and certainly know how to make their guests feel welcome, without being 'in your face' :)

I was very keen to see the Kune Kune pigs (having only seen one during a visit to New Zealand). Stephen was kind enough to come up stairs at feeding time and ask if I would like to come feed the girlie :) I was thrilled.

The breakfasts were excellent. Enhanced by the delight of watching the lambs being herded by the ducks. We had one dinner at the Lovecroft (they don't usually offer dinner, but as Stephen was cooking a meal for some other guests he asked if we would like to have dinner there, well we weren't sorry we said 'yes'). The dinner was at a very reasonable price and was very tasty.

If you are looking for a peacful location with a true sense of the Scottish Highlands then look no further. We will definitely go back to the Lovecroft on our next trip up north.

Gruinard Bay is worth a visit, and only a few miles away from the Lovecroft. When we were there we basically had the beach to ourselves.

Room Tip: We had the Master Bedroom. It is upstairs but offers beautiful views and is a lovely big room, with a great en suite.

This is a brilliant B & B. Great location, mountains, rivers, beaches galore at your fingertips. Stephen and Janice are great hosts who made us feel very very welcome. Modern comfortable room with a lovely private comfortable area to sit and look at the view or relax after a busy day. Breakfasts to die for and an evening meal available if requested. We'll be back very soon and can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you both so much

This gorgeous little bed and breakfast is an absolute delight for several reasons - the hosts, location, food and rooms.

Hosts Stephen and Janis are incredibly welcoming without being overbearing. They made us feel very welcome, were incredibly accommodating of my disabled mother who had booked the wheel-chair access room, and are good and honest people.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, the breakfast and dinner second to none (especially if you like strong coffee and mushroom risotto) and the rooms have great views and a wonderful serenity about them. We loved the country location especially the little piglets and chickens.

If you want fantastic accommodation in a perfect location to explore the area then definitely consider The Lovecroft Guest House. I would also highly recommend this accommodation for less mobile or disabled guests.

Thanks to Stephen and Janis for creating wonderful memories for us - you won't be forgotten.
