All positive regarding the hotel, we stayed here overnight recently when attending a wedding at a nearby hotel. However, I pre booked breakfast at £8.50 per person with our room reservation thinking it would be cheaper to do this. However, when walking across to the restaurant there is a big banner outside which you can't miss advertising breakfast at £5.25 per person. I have since taken this up with premier inn who were no help and said it was their policy to charge this amount no matter what the restaurant charged - doesn't make sense to me and is a rip off. So my advice pay for breakfast direct to the restaurant and save yourself over £3 per person.

Great value premier inn hotel. Premier inn standard so don't expect any thrills however The hotel is clean, room is a good size, bed is comfortable, tea and coffee in the room but... No biscuits!

Always the same good nights guarantee an we can say we slept well. Breakfast is offered in a Brewsters type place opposite the hotel. We didn't have breakfast but we had dinner, which the restaurant; Table Table (Same place as breakfast) brought the food to the room for us. Great service!

Overall a good hotel in a good location. Great value price at around £40 for a family of 3. Would use again.

We were doing the family trawl and needed a base in this area. Could not fault the hotel nor its staff. You can tell the staff are well trained to assist you the client/customer. It was a pleasure staying here as well as an amazing deal. As we staying for four nights, we got a super room, so quiet, slept like a log on all four nights. Staff always prepared to top up our milk, tea and the coffee as well. A very pleasant place. Will be back.

Could not fault our stay here but for our rock hard bed. Had read other trip advisor's reports about the beds before booking but ignored them due to always finding the beds so comfortable. Stayed at lots of premier inns over the years and had no sleep all week at this one. Like sleeping on a board and had bad ache all week.

Large car park and in small high street. Busy road but no noise. Everyone is in bed here early so do not except a buzzing nightlife. Fish and chip restaurant on high street, bus stop outside to Bournemouth which takes 1 hour and cost over £4. Food in attached Table to Table excellent, friendly and nice warm atmosphere. You can walk to Highcliffe beach, be warned parking is £1.60 an hour most places and you can only park down a side street after 30 September. Take a fat wallet if you are touring this area it is very expensive everywhere!

Room Tip: We had room no 11 which was ground floor with a rock hard bed. All rooms would be quite as its set w...

If you're hoping to claim your money back under the good night guarantee, forget it! We couldn't fault it.
The entire hotel was immaculate and extremely quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the option of having our room cleaned during our two night stay. We chose not to as it saved me from feeling the need to tidy up!
We'd considered staying at a Travelodge, but having read reviews on Tripadvisor, we thought it better to pay a bit more for a Premier Inn. It was well worth it, and this one was brilliant. This was our first stay at a Premier Inn and they will be our first option in the future.
Enjoy your break.

Good welcome at hotel and staff were very helpful. Hotel/room was very clean and kept to a good general standard. Good facilities and definitely had a good night sleep. Good car parking facilities and a pub next door. Despite this very quiet area. Overall a very good experience.

Stayed at the Pemier inn Highcliffe for a short 3 night break in October. We normally stay at travelodges but thought we'd "upgrade" to a Premier inn for a change (took advantage of their £29/night offer). Thoroughly pleased we did! Our 2nd floor room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and we both slept well - no noise from outside. Had one meal in the adjacent restaurant - tasty and good value. Hotel is well placed - close to plenty of local shops and eateries (recomend the local thai restaurant - 2 mins walk). Might not be going back to travelodge after this!

Room Tip: Our room was at the back of hotel and was very quiet
