Good welcome at hotel and staff were very helpful. Hotel/room was very clean and kept to a good general standard. Good facilities and definitely had a good night sleep. Good car parking facilities and a pub next door. Despite this very quiet area. Overall a very good experience.

Stayed at the Pemier inn Highcliffe for a short 3 night break in October. We normally stay at travelodges but thought we'd "upgrade" to a Premier inn for a change (took advantage of their £29/night offer). Thoroughly pleased we did! Our 2nd floor room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and we both slept well - no noise from outside. Had one meal in the adjacent restaurant - tasty and good value. Hotel is well placed - close to plenty of local shops and eateries (recomend the local thai restaurant - 2 mins walk). Might not be going back to travelodge after this!

Room Tip: Our room was at the back of hotel and was very quiet

As we are moving from Bedford to Highcliffe we had some business to attend to but did not want to make the return journey in one day. We have stayed at several B & B's in the area over the years but thought we would give the Premier Inn a try mainly because if it is raining, which it was, you have a comfortable room with all the facilities to stay in. The room was excellent and so was the Big Breakfast. There was a small amount of noise from the guests next door and in the room above. We would though recommend it to friends and family.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the top floor if someone padding about at 11pm in the room above you is going to b...

Arrival and booking in on reception fine and area around reception immaculate vending machine nicely stocked, Our room overlooked back of Premier Inn and overlooked car park no problem as we were on first floor and we didnt encounter any noise.
Room itself nicely appointed and absolutely spotless bedlinen/ sparkling clean bathroom/ TV situated where we could watch TV in comfort in bed. Tea making facilities and if you needed extra teabags and milk (which we did) and reception gave them to us.
After a blissful nights sleep we went to reception for our newspaper (ordered on arrival) and made our way to breakfast across the courtyard to Globe Inn it was superb love individual teapots which you serve yourself along with cereals and juices then waitress takes orders for breakfast and for almost £80 for 2 great value. Reception is manned 24 hours (always nice to know) would go again but moving to Highcliffe next week but would highly reccomend

Room Tip: Think maybe first or second floor rather than ground although as out of season all quiet

Came here on a quiet Tuesday. Food was good for a pub grub menu but that was it

It took nearly 10 mins to get served at the bar as the staff seemed too busy with messing around with either a regular or off duty staff member. When I did get served I wasn't looked at as she was too busy telling a colleague how she was going to "beat him"

When we sat down I realised there didn't seem to be anyone over 20 working. Obviously NO management on as the rave that was going on in the kitchen.... Well no manager would tolerate that.

I am only 26 but even I don't like witnessing immature behaviour when I am patiently waiting to get served, I certainly don't like to hear drum n bass coming from the kitchen when I am trying to have conversations with my mum over dinner!!!

This was the first time we had stayed in a Premier Inn and we were impressed by the high standard of accommodation and service. The hotel is great value for money and is well-located for the coast and the New Forest.

Just had meal for 3 with a starter and one dessert plus a bottle of wine for £43.00.
Wide menu with something for everyone - e.g starters and nibbles to share, basic English (steak and kidney, bangers and mash, fish and chips), Italian (risotto), Indian (curry) etc,
Good reasonably-priced refuelling stop. Daily specials: soup, 2 mains and 2 desserts.
Special prices 12-5 as low as £4.99 for mains...+ children's prices and cheap 99p kids desserts.
Now has Costa Coffee outlet inside restaurant.

Room Tip: Free Parking after 6, and refunds if eating.
