Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Sleeping in a front bedroom with the windows open because there is no air conditioning on a warm night is like sleeping in the central reservation of the M3 which is about 200 yards away, and always VERY noisy.
No meal deals are available( I was told it was a franchise hotel), so the food and drink is expensive and pretty poor tbh. My burger (at £10.95) made McDonalds look like fine cuisine and the fish cakes with gruyere was bland and lacking in both fish and gruyere.
Probably the most disappointing stay at a Premier Inn we've ever had :-(More
