I loved the carefully restored farm house and ex barn which is converted in appartments, degustation room and a cheese making diary with tempting shop in the basement. The owner Andrej is very talkative and he knows a lot about country arhitecture and nature friendly farming. Most of the product they offer are coming from the farm and you can see the fields and animals so you know where all comes from and how it is treated. For me the premier surprise was cheese (made by his daughter) which is so good, that I just couldnt stoped eating it back at home. One of the secrets is, that they use the whole milk for the production. I didnt stay overnight but the farm is surrounded by nature and there are lots of nice and easy walking trails around.
