Warm welcome. Lovely relaxing shared living area for guests with log burning fire and teas n coffees etc. Pieces of home made cake in room. Wonderful views. Excellent breakfast. Children played outside and loved to see the new born lambs.

We arrived last Saturday and despite lots of snow on the ground the main road was clear and Joel had cleared the drive earlier. We had a nice warm welcome from Paula who made us feel at home. The bed was nice and comfortable and the room was nice and warm.Breakfast was very nice fruit salad to start off with, plenty of fruit juice and also filtered coffee. We had a cooked breakfast with egg, there was a choice of poached scrambled or fried ,mushrooms , sausages and bacon, beans were extra but no extra cost also plenty of toast and jam included. There is a large guest area with a wood burning stove to warm up after a cold day out, there are nice views across the valley while you enjoy your breakfast. Many thanks to John, Joel, Margaret and Paula for first class accommodation!

We booked this B&B through Late Rooms for somewhere to stay when we attended a family party in Skipton. The previous reviews are all absolutely spot on! A warm friendly welcome from Paula (and there is no school on Saturdays Paula!!!) and her mum, the rooms are fabulous and the whole place has a really cosy get away from it all theme. We arrived in the midst of snow so the views from the lounge/breakfast area were a stunning backdrop to our delicious freshly cooked breakfast. It really has to be seen to be appreciated. Apparently the whole place can be booked for family events (there are 5 rooms) something that we will definitely consider in the future. Looking forward to going back in Spring with the rest of the family.

Room Tip: The bed in room 5 was the comfiest we have ever slept in with fantastic pillows!!

Beautiful hidden barn conversion, lovely little room with a great view! Very comfy bed, fabulous shower and a nice touch with the homemade mince pie sat waiting for me. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. Lovely hosts. My only disappoint is that I wasn't staying longer....I'll now be looking for excuses to visit Skipton again.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the valley have a good view
