A lovely addition to the village of Edzell. Pretty surroundings, very relaxed, lovely atmostphere but most of all delicious home cooked food. Top marks for serving tea in pretty cups and saucers.
Our new favourite place for lunch and a sweet treat.
The flower shop is just as lovely....why go anywhere else?

Bryan and I had lunch at No.63 on the High Street in Edzell today.
Bryan had pea & ham soup with a three cheese and tomato sandwich. I had sweet potato and garlic soup with a roast vegetable, mozzarella and chilli jam panini. To follow Bryan had a latte and a slice of coffee and walnut cake and I had a skinny cappuccino and a slice of courgette and lemon cake. Very good food, friendly staff and reasonable prices & Sharon, the owner, is very welcoming.
As well as it being a cafe 8-5 Mon - Sat & 10-4 on Sun, there is a wee florist at the front and there is also a selection of gifts, paintings & prints from local artists. I have been back and not been disappointed. Well worth a visit.
