“Giant serpent, porcelain & a cup of coffee”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 20, 2011

The Arita-kan shows the story of “The Defeat of the Giant Serpent of Mt. Kurokami” in a Kabuki styled puppet theatre with puppets made of finest Arita Porcelain while using state-of-the-art electronics and mechanics.
I have seen the show a dozen times, because I always take visitors to this unique theatre. They always like it:)

On the 2nd floor, at the Arita-kan-Café, 100 porcelain cups including cups from Meissen (Germany) and Jingdezhen (VR China) are exhibited, which can be choosen to drink tea or coffee. The friendly staff of the Arita-Kan will serve it to you.
