Little cozy artisanal cafe located up the stree from Seymour Hotel. Just 3/4 tables maybe seats 10 total. Everything is made from scratch so it does take a little bit longer but not much and it's worth the wait. I had sandwich and tea for ¥1,100; not to bad a price. Sandwich was Rosemary bagel with egg, squash, Dijon and the tea was earl grey. Lasted me till late dinner call. Owner very nice speaks very little English as you will find is the case in Shirahama where no one speaks English as compared to other cities in Japan. But you make do and the people are very friendly, it all works out. Great place! Enjoy!!

The lady intended to be a nice café, however, quality of coffee and the pan cake were really average. You would find 2 parking spaces in front of the café. You cant see the sea from there, however, it should be a close walk to the beach.

Cosy place! And great sandwich, French toast and coffee - everything feels very homemade. Worth the walk away from the city as you could sit there and relax for quite a while.

Little place uphill from the beach with excellent lunch menu. The coffee is ground by hand, the bread freshly baked every day and the music is great. As you would expect from an artist (check out her intriguingly detailed work), it takes time. But what you get is fabulous, especially the French toast. Thick warm slices dripping with honey and butter, covered with cinnamon and chocolate. Definitely worth the walk!

You have to wait a while, but it is all worth it! The French Toast is the best we ever tasted and we went even back for it the second day. It is made with homemade bread, same for the tasty bagels. A nice little shop and the best place for lunch in town...
