The hotel needs some remodeling in some rooms. The value for money is not fair, food is expensive and average.
The reception staff did not in any way inform any hotel guests of the arrival of typhoon 24 when we were staying there, which leads to the conclusion that they wanted guests to stay in the hotel more days than booked since all flights were cancelled from Thursday and therefore no one could leave the island for the next days. We just leaved on time.
Worst of all is that they have a shop with souvenirs of corals and shells, an aquarium and some exotic birds in cages! Awful! I normally do not go to this kind of hotels because they're the worst in terms of pollution, waste and not sustainability but we didn't find anything small, cozy and sustainable in Okinawa.
Conclusion: I don't recommend it.
