Overall my stay has been feeling unwelcome after the moment we checked at the counter. I was doing research on the hotel a week before we checked in and saw there are water sports available for booking through the hotel, I hence sent them an email, never got a reply until the day before we checked in. Wow....means there was nothing planned.
When we checked in at the reception, the lady barely can speak English with a mean face trying to avoid us asking more question. Her name is Mayuka. If I am the owner of this hotel, I would absolutely look into the service level of Mayuka and T. Sxxxsxxx we met in the afternoon session at the reception. They are way below Japanese standard. They seem to be laughing behind other Chinese customers too.
We have spent 4 meals in the hotel. Food has been disappointing especially the dinner buffet. Walk out of the hotel there is a Lawson, they serve better coffee.
Definitely will not return to the same hotel. Thanks T.Sxxxsxxx for her unkind reply of bus schedule in English. Good bye!
