A visit to Nozawa wouldn't be complete without a visit to this gem of a restaurant.
You have to be quick or lucky as they only have a few tables, and don't take reservations .
Unlike a lot of restaurants in Nozawa, though, they open relatively early at
4pm ( most seem to start at 6pm ).
The chef is a 3rd generation sushi chef who makes each order as it comes in.
The seafood is incredibly fresh - try the sashimi and you'll know what I mean.
The staff consists of the chef & one waitress who make you feel at home as soon as you arrive.
Prices are very reasonable, especially considering you're in the busiest dining area of a popular ski resort . Look forward to visiting again next year .
