We hadn't tried Wagyu before so tried this place and loved it. You can choose form several grades and size of cut and choose either soup or DIY BBQ (Yakiniku) at your table. Also an extensive menu with pork, seafood etc so has something for everyone. We did the BBQ, where the raw meat is served in bite size strips for quick and easy BBQ, so it is not just a big steak on your plate, which is good as each mouthful is fresh. Despite not being large steaks, very filling eating slowly this way. Sirloin is more fatty than the tenderloin, both are amazingly tender.
