We booked a table for 5 for 6.30PM on 28.04.2013. We arrived at 610PM. We were told that no table was available although people walking off the streets were accomodated..no problem. At 625, I asked again to find out if the table was going to be ready. I was told not yet. I offered to leave as I had a handicapped father who could not stand for long time periods and as already 7 other families went in ahead of us. A patron who heard this and was about to go, very kindly moved his family and asked that his table be given to us; this was done at 640PM. Somehow I got the impression that we were being racially profiled .
We ordered our food and asked for 5 glasses of water. It took them over 20 minutes to give us 5 glasses of water after we had requested 4 different servers (and it was not like they were busy). Water refill was again a similar story. Our server didn't care and the other who went by us just couldn't be bothered. At the end, it took 4 servers to get the water refilled. Food was good. Tasty and good size potions although a bit expensive. If you are willing to pay the top dollar for your food, go somewhere else. Why would you pay the top dollar and accept substandard service and be racially profiled.
