“Lovely yacht, Excellent location, Fab holiday.”
Reviewed July 31, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Been to Puerto de la Duquesa a few time now as we like the location so much, and this holiday on-board Vivione 111 was different and made you feel special and we loved it.
We was greeted by the owners Garry and Denise who showed us to and around Vivione, the main bedroom had a large bed "which was good for me as I'm not that small" then there was a twin room and a double "the bed tappers in a bit at the foot end" but that didn't cause any issues for the 2 adults in there, there was plenty of cooking facilities in the galley and seating areas in or out of the sun which you will have all day long.
You get shown the ropes literally as you have to use the drawer bridge to get on and off the boat plus bunker the water tanks once a day non off which was any problem but just added to the experience of living on Vivione for 9 nights, the air con in the master and twin rooms worked ok and kept you cool at night "if you got too much sun", the TV didn't have any channels as these have been lost in Spain due to changes "unless you have sky"! but there is a dvd player and you can buy latest dvd's in port cheap it you want a night in, also there is a cd player so take your favourite cd's. Me I sat at the back of the yacht in the shade drinking red wine and picking at olives relaxing "Fantastic".
Would definitely book again, Tks Karen & Greg "Essex".

“A luxury holiday with a difference.”
Reviewed June 15, 2014 for a stay in May 2014

We stayed on the Vivione 111 in May this year for one week. The boat is enormous, with a luxury en suite cabin it felt like the Royal Yacht. We could sunbath in private luxury on the top deck, take a short stroll for lunch to choose from several local Tapas cafes, topped up in the evening with a meal at one of the many restaurants just 2 minutes away round the bay.
The location was quiet, yet close to all local amenities and beach, with a supermarket nearby packed with fresh local produce. We took a day trip to Gibraltar and a tour up into the nearby mountains. This was one of the most relaxing and luxurious holidays I have ever taken and I can highly recommend it.

Liked best: The luxurious novelty
Liked least: Possibly that it didn't go out to sea, but this was made clear in the booking.

“Amazing holiday”
Reviewed May 4, 2014 for a stay in April 2014

We booked a week on Vivione 111 as we thought it would be different to stay on a yacht. We have been on many holidays but this has to be one of the best. There is lots of space inside and the galley has everything you will need. The outside is wonderful with a sunny spot for every time of day. The very friendly owners go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic holiday, including a welcome pack so you can put the kettle on straight away or have a nice cold beer as we did! We spent most of the day on board making the most of the relaxing atmosphere and glorious sunshine. You are spoilt for choice with restaurants in the beautiful marina and we had lots of lovely meals out. If you are thinking about booking Vivione don't hesitate it is simply wonderful.

“A gem of a weekend.”

We took a chance to try something different and we were so glad we did. Disappointed with doing the same old thing we decided to try something new and hire a Yacht situated in Puerto de la Duquesa. What a fantastic resort, with beautiful bars, contemporary and traditional Spanish restaurants all within a few minutes walk from the harbour.

We stayed on Vivione III, a beautiful spacious boat, with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The owners were friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. Although we stayed with friends and had a fantastic weekend, we are also considering taking children with us this year for a family holiday, as it's perfect for the family as there is plenty to do within a short distance from the harbour.

Thanks for a great weekend. Hope to see you soon..

“Accommodation with a difference! The kids would love it!!!!”
Reviewed March 4, 2014 for a stay in August 2013

Garry and Denise made us so welcome and arranged our transfer from Malaga Airport. The port of Duquesa is absolutely beautiful and was like a smaller less stuffy Puerto Banus.
Staying on the boat was fabulous, we could lay on the front of the boat and sunbathe or walk to the beach next to the Marina and dine in the superb beach bars.
If you hire a car like we did to go to a near by waterpark, Garry arranges a barrier pass onto the Marina so you can drive round and park at the boat.......how posh is that!
There is so much to do in the Marina on a night and so many places to drink, with great tapas ! The best part was staying on the boat, very relaxing

“Cracking boat, cracking place - A real hidden gem :-)”
Reviewed March 3, 2014 for a stay in June 2013

I stayed here with my partner last year for a week. We had to do a bit of researching to find this place as its not in any of the brochures - off the 'tourist trail' so to speak.
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. A pretty, quaint marina with the usual shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. There are 2 beautiful beaches as well with beach bars etc.

There is a craft market in the marina on a Thursday, and if you fancy a stroll - the villages of Duquesa and Sabinillas are just next door.
We took a day trip to Benalmadena and hit the waterpark, and also visited the town of Estepona (there is a great market there!)

The boat itself was lovely. Its a traditional motor yacht moored in a quiet part of the marina. Me and my partner work long hours and there was nothing like arriving, dumping our bags and just chilling out on the deck in the early evening with a glass of something cold and bubbly!!

Overall the boat was spotlessly clean and hosts Garry and Denise were really helpful, informative and couldn't do enough to assist us. We had a great time and will definitely be looking to return either this year or next.
