Les Arc 1800 ski trip

We stayed in an apartment for 2-4 people. Great to have an apartment and be able to relax. Loads of hot water, nice and warm. Great views (although majority of balconies are in the shade). Apartment set up for own basic catering.
Mini supermarket at ground level has plenty to offer and stocks tea, coffee, milk, bread, pastries, toiletries, plenty of wines, and a deli counter.
We took our own tea bags, coffee, cereal, a little cooking oil, washing up liquid but the supermarkets are easy access and lots on offer.
There is a free cable car down/up to main shops in Les Arc 1800, so no walking up/down the hill - runs until 11pm I think.
The location is really great for ski in ski out.

Deposit not returned

My family and I have been staying in Résidence Prestige Odalys Edenarc between December 21st - 28th (S 315) .

We have been charged a 500 Euro security deposit, which has not been returned back to my husband's credit card yet. The receptionist has confirmed to us that deposit will be returned by the evening the same day (December 28th), however, it has already been 15 days since we've left. The phone doesn't answer, the mails to support had not been answered as well.

Room tip: the view from room 315 S was great :)

Just Perfect

Great location, good access to 1800. Excellent restaurant and ski hire shop on site. Clean, comfortable and quiet at night. If you need to use your phone or internet, signal is non existent but you are 1800 meters up a mountain!

Disappointed

Despite great location, disappointing accommodation. It’s cold, WiFi doesn’t work, kitchen pretty basic, and worst of all whole front of residence covered with dog poo and wee. Staff clean it up each day but really what is wrong with People . Health hazard and disgusting!

Disappointed

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this residence. We are 3 days into a 6 day stay and have had no hot water for the entire stay. The staff are not being helpful and keep on making promises that they are working on it but won’t give an indication when it will be sorted out. I am wondering if they are telling the truth... either way, not sure if I will book this again. For the price... you expect a warm shower after a day of skiing.
