A rainy day, and too late to see puffins - you would think that would mean a disappointing trip. But you would be wrong. We saw dramatic granite cliffs, caves and rock formations, bald eagles swooping, seals circling the boat, cormorants drying their wings in the wind, and we smelled the fresh sea air. The rugged coast and windswept islands are magnificent. Donelda and her husband are friendly and knowledgeable about the wildlife and history of the region and they made this trip a real highlight of our vacation. Worth every penny.
