Our party was two adults and two children 13 and 10. This was our third visit to Port Bourgenay and this house was perfect for us. It is located beside the swimming pools and even though it was peak season, we never had a problem with overcrowding or getting sunbeds. We brought bicycles so it was great to have access from the side of the house to the back garden. There are some great cycling paths through farms right beside the complex suitable for all ages. The house itself is very clean and well maintained. The sun sets to the back of the house which is great for sitting out in the evening.

The property was clean, bright and well equipped. The property is located on the edge of the complex which is built around a central hub, from the property to the centre is a pleasant 10 minute downhill walk. When we visited the resort was very quiet but local shops and mini markets were available.
We were there mainly for golf and it suited us well as the property was in the middle of the 18 hole par 3 course. We holidayed at the start of June and the complex was just starting to open so some of the facilities were unavailable. The pools which were right beside the property was being repaired and cleaned, Pierre & Vacances say that those pools don't open until mid June, it's not the fault of the owner but something that other holidaymakers might wish to be aware of.
