Easily the best meal we had in Interlaken. Located in the old town square with a bar and dining tables. The atmosphere was relaxed, with a hint of formality. It was reasonably busy when we visited. The waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable. She recommended a great beer and very pleasant wine. We both had salad to start and perch for the main course. The salad was nicely presented with a good selection of leaves and a light dressing. The perch was the best I've had in Switzerland. Large pieces in a delicious light batter, served with a selection of vegetables. Less than 100 CHF all in, so pretty good value too.
