We had a 2 night stay here in August 2011. Lovely farmhouse nestled on the edge of beautiful Exmoor. Had a family room for us and a twin room for grandparents. At £20 per child per night on top of the room rate it wasn't the cheapest around. Family room had ensuite with bath but no shower. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. No television in the room but this is not a problem for us. Friendly owner provided us with an ample breakfast. Sandwiches for take out could be ordered on request.
There is a large lounge available for guests full of comfy chintzy sofas and armchairs. Has a flatscreen TV and plenty of books and magazines. When we went into the room there were a couple Wii consoles dotted around the sofas so we assumed the Wii was for guests use (it was the guest sitting room after all!). I decided to check first and the person I spoke to (daughter I assme) said she'd rather we didn't use it as it belonged to her and was a present. She was extremely nice and polite about it but I guess I'm rather surprised it wasn't packed away when the B&B has guests as other people may play with it without thinking it necessary to check.
Finally, the isolated location of the farmhouse means it was completely silent at night and very dark - this was wonderful as it's not often you can find such solitude on our crowded isle.

We stayed at this farmstay as an overnite before a devon/cornish coastal drive beginning at lynmouth. Short country lane into the small intimate court framed by the stone farmhouse and stone outbuildings from the 17th c. The interiors are very real and not over decorated for tourists. This feels very much like a home [as we prefer]. The room was very comfortable with views into the fields. Wonderful walks along the farm and lanes in the morning. Owners very wonderful in conversation and provided exceptional traditional English breakfast.
