I booked this house for a two night stay to show friends from America rural Donegal. We were age 10 to 71 and this house was great as 2 bedrooms were downstairs beside a large bathroom. The house was clean and well kitted out. The fire was set for us and the small touches like board games and books kept the kids amused for hours.
The view is spectacular and it's a lovely walk into Downings if you get the weather.
We would recommend this house for a relaxing break, we will be back.
Just returned from a weekend away with friends and would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying in this area. Everything is accommodated for in the house. There is also a handy guide the owner provides for your stay, which helped a lot with organising days out, taxis etc. The house was perfect and the area around was beautiful. Would love to return in the future.
This was a great holiday for three generations of the family. Although their were 11 of us, the house never felt cramped and we all had our own space. The grounds were a safe haven for the kids and the appearance of a fox, donkeys and cats added to their enjoyment.
The views from the house were picture postcard and it made a great base for exploring the scenic wonders of Donegall. I would say that a car is essential.
Really lovely house, very comfortable for extended family. Fully equipped kitchen, open fire, big windows to let in the sunlight. All round excellent stay, would definitely return.
Had a lovely holiday in this house last August. Would definitely go back there again. The property was central to everything & had lovely sea views.
The only negative was lack of Wi Fi & beds could have been more comfortable.
However lovely clean house & owner was extremely helpful & accommodating. Look forward to our next visit.
