I stayed here for two nights. Check in was friendly and reasonably fast. Receptionists speak English.
Every floor has a floor monitor who gives you your key. 7th floor lady was fine about allowing me to leave the room w/o handing my key to them.
My room was small with two single beds, cupboards, desk, chair, mini bar stocked with soft drinks, tiny TV, balcony.
It was reasonably clean--carpet could have done with a proper hoover job. But bathroom spotless and linen fresh and crisp. Towels were changed and rubbish emptied but my bed wasn't made. My travel companion had the room next to mine and did get his bed made though so this could have been an oversight. Floor lady did my laundry with same day return for a small fee. (No ironing.)
Curtain see through so bring eye shades as light comes in in the morning.
Fridge and pipes made a clanking noise at odd times, so good to have ear plugs.
Loads of hot water. First night room temperature was 19-21C. Next night 23C: as it got colder outside, they turned up the heat. (You can't do this yourself.)
Internet in the room is free and reasonably fast, though first voucher they gave me didn't work.
They have a pool you can swim in for 350 roubles before 1 PM. After 1 PM the price (which includes sauna) rises to a whopping 2,000 roubles!
Breakfast is included and a bit stodgie. No fresh fruit or cereal. They have cold cuts, sausages, eggs, cheese and porridge.
Overall, very decent provincial hotel.
