The unit was the perfect size for our family of 2 adults and 2 teen boys. The unit had everything we needed to cook and relax. The master bedroom could use and update, definitely the bathroom. (the owners stated that they are planning an update for the condo) We had a comfortable vacation in 216B and would stay in the condo again.

This was to be our 50th wedding anniversary vacation. When we arrived, the place was dirty, sand on the floor and carpet. Refrigerator had dried blood on one shelf. Wall by the table had food spilled on it. Shower curtain had about three inches of mold on the bottom. DVD player was missing. White coffee table was brown where persons put their feet on. Carpet under mini refrigerator was black mold. We complained about it and they said they would send someone over to check it out and fix the problems. That day someone left a shower curtain outside our door, I guess I was responsible to change it. Did not hear from them unless I called and every time they promised to fix the problems. They never did, after 3 days we notified them and left. I requested a refund, but they refused because they said that it was my choice to leave early.
I will never book a vacation with that agency. After they get your money they do not care at all to make it a pleasant stay.
Their excuse later on, was that the condo was going to be renovated that year, so it was not up to par with the pictures on their web site.
Do yourself a favor, rent from anyone else, or better yet, check it out before you rent.
