Stopped at the local caravan park so decided to eat at this pub for ease and save cooking. Soon as we walked in had a very warm welcome, was very nicely surprised at the extent of the variety of food available. Once easily ordered at the bar with our drink, it was bought to our table within a very good time. The food was lovely and well cooked, with ample portions. Would definetly eat here again next time we up here. Tip: get their about 4pm for tea as it gets very busy about 5ish.

Went there for dinner with my family who were visiting for the weekend, the restaurant area and furniture were very clean and tidy, we were lead to a table with menu's and informed we should order at the bar. Although there is also a back bar the TV was on in the restaurant bar area showing the football, when it cam to time to order people standing at the small bar drinking had to move out of the way so we could order food and drink for our table. The food was generally of a good quality and portions very sizeable.
All in all a very good meal however the owners may want to decide if the want to have this area as a restaurant or a sports bar as it doesn't really function as both.

stopped in port seton looking for lunch and was not keen from the look of the exterior of the building but ventured in and to our surprise found a nice tidy bar which was buzzing with chatter.Seated and informed that you order from the bar.Having ordered service was quick considering the number of customers and what arrived was delicious, three fresh fish dishes,a lovely steak and ale pie and a kids burger. As part of the Friday deal the fish eaters got free profiteroles which they demolished. All in all good plain food at reasonable prices served by a pleasant young lady and in amiable surroundings.
