I attended a wedding at the domaine. The service was excellent and the food awesome. The location while remote is stunning. I didn't sleep there but I was told by the wedding party that accommodation was excellent.

We stayed in April and what an amazing place! Truely lovely people and the most amazing wine. If you are in the area this is a must! The restaurant is pretty amazing too with stunning views. Can't wait to return.

LA VIE EN ROSE!!!
Perfect location, gites, garden and swimmingpool.
The surrounding offers you beautifull walks through the vineyards and sunflowerfields.
The Gaydawines are delicate and highly rated by the international winepress. The restaurant offers you a spectacular view and the food is wonderfull.
If you are in the neighbourhood, don't miss the oppertunity to visit Domaine Gayda!

When in the Aude, eat at Gayda! I always try to and have never been disappointed! It's also a pleasure to introduce new people to the restaurant - they are always converted into fans! The set lunches, which include wine, on weekdays are incredibly good value and delicious. The staff are gracious, unstuffy and unfailingly accommodating (this time, we had a vegetarian in the party, the chef catered for her impromptu, without fuss, she was more than happy with the result and was charged the set menu price rather than a la carte). The restaurant itself, although modern, has enormous charm, is beautifully appointed and has breathtaking views. The wine, from their own winery, is wonderful. I just cannot recommend Gayda highly enough!

Room Tip: Can't comment on the accommodation as I have only used the restaurant.

we had a magical time - 13 adults and 6 kids. We each had our own really well set up kitchens, but shared the communal space for eating. Lovely setting, amazing gardens.
Great tennis court.

Only gripes were that the pool was often very cold (too cold for the kids) mainly due to the poor weather/solar panels. And that our bed (second bedroom in House 4) was on the petit side.
