We only overnighted here on our way South from Bangalore, so didn’t get the chance to look around much. This hotel seemed pretty much in the centre of Hosur, with assorted shops and ATMs close by. It would make a good starting point if you had flown into Bangalore, were heading South and wanted to avoid the cost of hotels in Bangalore for your first night, or possibly if you were working in Electronic City in Bangalore. Hosur is on the main train line between Bangalore and Madurai.
The hotel was reasonably large – I’d guess 50+ rooms. Our room was pretty standard, a bit tired, but clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. The sheets and towels were white rather than grey, and the bathroom pretty clean. Hot water took ages to arrive, but was plentiful once it got there.
In summary, not somewhere I’d really want to stay for an extended period, but very good value against Bangalore prices. We paid 800INR for an ensuite double room with A/C.
