Entre Cielos oozes potential, but at its exorbitant price, it fails to deliver on key details that one would expect when paying this price. A 40% price reduction would strike the perfect balance between quality, which is good but not great, and price. In the Reserva Jr. Suite, you get every penny’s worth from the attentive staff and exceptional design--the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms expansive. The front desk staff was exceptional, they managed every detail of our stay including great off-site restaurant recommendations/reservations, taxi arrangements, directions, etc, with a very smooth hand-off between the morning and evening team. This is a place where they know your name.

The Hamam, an area of the hotel that excited us most, was a letdown. While the facility is immaculately maintained and gorgeous, the staff needs to be augmented and overhauled. It is a completely self-service experience, which runs contrary to the amazing scrub-downs we received during our visits to Turkey. Luckily, one circuit is included in the price of the room, so check it out, but don’t expect to be pampered by the staff. We also received a massage during our stay and to say it was underwhelming would be an understatement. We both considered leaving midway through the treatment as it felt like we were simply being rubbed down by an an untrained person staring off into the distance as they moved their hands aimlessly across our bodies.

During our high season stay, only 6 of their 16 rooms were full, leading us to believe that if they adjusted their pricing, they should be able to fill their rooms more effectively. With some tweaks around the edges, some additional training of their spa+hamam staff, this place could be 5 stars. We’re settling on 4-stars and definitely enjoyed our time at the hotel, but we left feeling like we overpaid.

Room Tip: The Reserva Jr. Suite is beautiful. From other reviews, sounds like you should avoid the Young variety of rooms.

We did not stay overnight in the hotel but just came for the Hamam spa and lunch at the restaurant.

The Hamam was worth every penny. We did the cleopatra treatment which was buy one get one free in November. This was 3 hours of absolute bliss. And after bouncing around South America it was much needed.

After the spa we had lunch in the gorgeous restaurant. Lunch was fantastic and their Malbec was among some of the best we had in the region.

Great experience!

Room Tip: Check their website for the spa special of the month.

Outside Mendoza in a vineyard with beautiful views of the Andes in the distance. Stayed in the loft - very unusual and fun although not entirely practical. However, good fun for a few nights. Hotel design is restful; trendy and chic. Even though there for 3 days, we couldn't get any spa appointments as they were fully booked - not sure why as the hotel was not full. Swimming pool very nice but water very cold. Solar heating??? Breakfast fine. Hotel restaurant was OK. Food average and ambiance etc only OK... wasn't particularly inviting or warm. There are nicer places around in which to eat.... Good team running the place.

Dear AJCG

We appreciate your review and thank you for the positive experience described and also for the comments on a service you see as average. This motivates us to improve.
As the Hamam is also open to other Hotels from the region and locals, its always recommended to make a reservation ahead, but always our Hotel guests have priority. We checked with the Hamam staff the reason and changed some of our processes to be able to guarantee the treatment for our guest. We are sorry you couldn't enjoy our Hamam during your stay and hope you accept our excuses.

Kind regards, Cecile

My wife & I stayed here in September. The hotel is located in Lujan de Cuyo, about a 30' drive from Mendoza. The property is spectacular, starting with the guarded entry and path through a vineyard to the lobby. The lobby is a work of art. The rooms are large, with a huge, comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. The dining room was 5 star. The pool was too cold to use, but it's beautiful. Finally, there's an on-site hammam, which is a must! Oh wait, did I mention the view of the Andes?

My husband and i stayed at Entre Cielos for 4 nights while visiting the vineyards of Mendoza. The hotel sits in a quiet surrounding with amazing views of the Andes. The service is impeccable and very attentative. The rooms are brand new and very stylish and unique. My husband felt like we were staying in a bunker with the concrete walls, but as you vist the area you see the concrete archictecture in many of the wineries.
Make sure to go do your circut at the hammam. The spa is beautiful.
