Fantastically placed, with the only look of vines between you and the Andes !
Small boutique hotel, 10/12 rooms, very cosy, very good attention from all the staff
Had dinner that nights, good food and wine list was very good
Don't miss the Spa, great treatments, the Hamam is worth while

Room Tip: Choose a room looking at the pool, very good view of the andes

Entre Cielos is an excellent choice of a hotel boutique in Mendoza. The architecture is beautiful, the room is big and beautifuly decorated and has a wonderful view of the Andes! The restaurant is nice but could have more choices in the menu and the breakfast could be better if it had more fruits, options of cheese and cereals. The staff of the restaurant was regular, some of them very efficient, some laise. The Hamman is wonderful specially when you arrive from the vineyards. There are some details to be improved but overall was a very good experience!

Certainly this place is in our top 5 list. This is a small luxury hotel nested in Mendoza region. It's located more specifically in the district of Lujan de Cuyo close to many renowned vineyards.

In few words I would describe Entre Cielos as a mix of attractive design, high quality materials, super comfort, relaxation, beauty.

We've stayed at Castaña room.

Pros:
- Innovative and attractive design. The architecture is audacious and functional. Everything works perfectly well. Colors, furniture and materials seem to be perfectly harmonized with spaces and users.
- High comfort. Bed is more than a queen sized (about 170 cm x 200 cm) with a very good and adequately firm mattress and high quality linens. Pillows were sufficiently numerous (4) and soft. Shower is very good. With different patterns of jet it offers generous pressurized hot and cold water flow. There is a couple of nice chairs facing the outside of the room, forming a second relaxing spot. Heating works perfectly well, even in the bathroom, where there is a heater to keep towels dry and warmy. Wooden floor cooperates with the warmness of the ambient.
- Remingtom 2100W hairdryer. This is something we'd never seen before. A professional hairdryer available in the bathroom. Quite interesting.
- Warmness of the staff. Room is cleaned and reorganized when guests are out, even in the evening. During our stay my wife needed some medication. I asked for directions to a drugstore. The front desk attendant was very delicate. After giving me the directions she demonstrated to be worried about my wife and asked if they could do anything to help us.
- Included in the stay there is an unique experience in the Hamman circuit. It is something that in words I can't express. Very very relaxing. Wonderful. Hot baths, saunas, massages, more baths, warm pool...it seemed that we were experiencing something like Spartacus TV show. It is nice that the visit to the Hamann circuit is scheduled so that there ware just my wife and I in the place. Attendants are very professional.
- Restaurant is marvelous. Food is wonderful, view to the Andes is awesome, wines are diversified. Waitresses are kind, delicate and educated. Excellent tapas, main dishes, desserts, tea.
- Although its limited variety breakfast buffet accounts with very good quality items.
- Everything looks new. There is no sign of wear.
- At check-in we were received with glasses of white wine at the front desk and a half bottle of red in the room.
- Daily complimentary bottles of water in the room.
- There is an extremely pleasant environment inside the hotel and on its surroundings.
- Close to renowned vineyards like Nieto Senetinier, Luigi Bosca, Vistalba, Ruca Malen, Dolium. I recommend reserving a table at La Bourgogne restaurant in Vistalba vineyard.
- Close to the center of Lujan de Cuyo. In this small town there are 24h drugstores, gas stations, grocery stores, wine stores.
- Cleanliness of the room, bathroom, restrooms and common areas is impeccable.
- Although there is a complaint in another post here about the noise coming from the door that divides the room with its next one, during our stay we haven't heard the smallest sound coming from our neighbor.

Cons:
- There is a drain underneath the sink balcony that sometimes released a bad smell. A more appropriate and better fixed drain grille can perfectly solve it.

There are so many small details that make all the difference that I just can't list them all.

Room Tip: We stayed in the simplest and less expensive room, Castaña. It is great. There are others that seem to be great!

What an experience! We splurged and booked the Vineyard Loft for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been more special. The modern tree-house structure hovers over the vineyard, set apart from the rest of the hotel for the absolute best views and ultimate privacy. We'd never had a session at a hamam spa before and it was just how I would imagine a royal Turkish bath to be but better. We loved everything about our stay here—the delicious food, the incredible wine, the vineyard bike tour, lounging by the gorgeous pool, and the helpful staff made it all come together for a perfect honeymoon!

Room Tip: Book the vineyard loft...you won't forget it!
