We stumbled on Franco's whilst looking for somewhere to have a meal after swimming on Perissa beach and knowing Pergos was a really authentic hidden town on Santorini. They were upfront about not really being a restaurant but had a small menu of "light" snacks / appertisers. Once we saw the terrace though we were hooked and it was fantastic. We saw the famous Santorini sunset with classical music adding to the ambience. The food was great, more than enough in the heat and the waiters were so attentive and friendly, especially to our teenage son. We'd recommend this cafe to anyone - but keep it a secret!!
