We visited Franco Cafe in Pyrgos on the recommendation of friends. The prices aren't overly cheap (or overly expensive either) and the menu is smaller than most in Greece which we actually liked. The view and music are so worth visiting this little cafe. We found the waiters to be great and even got a bit of a history lesson from Dimitri (think that's his name). Pyrgos is a quaint little town in Santorini, noted for it's churches. If you go there, you will not regret visiting Franco.
